At Little, Brown Children’s, Esther Cajahuaringa has been promoted to editor, and Regan Winter has been promoted to associate editor.

Wendy Wong has been promoted to associate editor at Harper Business.

Samantha Lubash has been promoted to assistant editor at Simon Element.

At Avery and Tarcher Perigree, Farin Schlussel has been promoted to marketing director, and Roshe Anderson has been promoted to marketing manager. Casey Maloney becomes publicity director of TarcherPerigee.

At Macmillan Children’s, Morgan Rath has been promoted to senior publicist; Katie Quinn to senior marketing manager; Teresa Ferraiolo to marketing manager; and Gabriella Salpeter to associate marketing manager. At Henry Holt Children’s, Mark Podesta has been promoted to associate editor.

Dache Rogers has been promoted to associate publicist at Berkley.

Cara Lee Simpson has joined PFD as a literary agent. She was at Jonathan Clowes.

Milly Ruggiero joins The Rights Factory as foreign rights manager. She previously worked in rights at the Lorella Belli Agency and Taylor and Francis Group.

Andy Shafran, svp of international and global content licensing has left Highlights for Children after 13 years. He has established a new business advising publishing and ed tech clients on new markets and new revenue streams.

Katy Hershberger has joined Publishers Lunch as a reporter. She was previously senior YA editor at School Library Journal.

The family of Dan Frank will host a service in his memory on Tuesday, June 22 at 4 PM, at All Souls Church, 1157 Lexington Avenue (at 80th Street) in NYC. A reception will follow and all are welcome.
