At Avery and Tarcher Perigee, Nina Shield has been promoted to executive editor; Lauren Appleton to senior editor; and Hannah Steigmeyer to associate editor.
Brady Emerson has joined Penguin Random House Audio as producer. Iris McElroy has joined as producer; she was most recently a producer at Harper Audio. Nithya Rajendran has joined as producer; Rajendran was previously with the SAG-AFTRA Foundation. Lauren Klein joins as associate producer. Denise Lee has been promoted to associate producer.
At Macmillan, Mindy Rosenkrantz has joined as assistant contracts manager, and Michelle Suter as analyst, treasury and insurance. Catherine Bogin has been promoted to senior manager, global anti-piracy; Jessica Brigman to senior national accounts manager for Barnes & Noble and Scholastic; Nicholas Campbell to senior financial analyst; Amy Fodera to assistant manager of finance operations; Dollian Garo to associate of finance operations; Melissa Golding to assistant manager, contracts; Kaitlyn Herbet to sales coordinator; Lisa Huang to associate, sales strategy; Kristin Janecek to sales coordinator in the sales group; Jasmine Key to sales coordinator for B&N, Scholastic, Target and Amazon; Lea Kim to associate director, state, local and indirect taxes; Christine Lau to senior treasury and insurance analyst; Alison Macke to senior associate, digital marketing, legal; Vanessa (Torres) Martinez to associate manager, client account; Walter Mazurak to senior manager, digital distribution; Ryan Meese to senior financial analyst; Colleen Osborne to senior lecture agent, Macmillan Speakers Bureau; Alexandra Quill to academic marketing manager; Amanda Rountree to associate manager, digital media, library marketing; Samantha Slavin to library marketing coordinator; Jocelyn Tiller to director, finance operations; Ken Russell to vice president, managing editorial; and Emily Walters to senior managing editor.
Eddie Gamarra has been promoted to the new position of vice president, literary affairs, Nickelodeon and Awesomeness. In his new role, Gamarra will “globally source, track and evaluate literary material at all publishing stages to option and develop into animated and live-action content for Nickelodeon and Awesomeness.”

Mike Morgenfeld, cartography director at Avalon Travel, is leaving on July 2 after 25 years with Moon and Avalon. Kat Bennett will succeed him as cartography director.

Scribner will publish longtime Hilary Clinton aide Huma Abedin‘s memoir BOTH/AND on Nov. 2.
