HBG Enters Distribution Market for Smaller Publishers With Stable Group Partnership
Hachette Book Group is expanding their distribution services to provide an option for smaller independent publishers, working in partnership with the Stable Book Group to launch Stable Distribution. The company will launch in North America in spring 2026 and operate out of Hachette’s Indiana warehouse. Formed earlier this, the members of the Stable Book Group are currently distributed by Simon & Schuster, though all but She Writes Press will transfer to the new enterprise on January 1, 2026.
