Skyhorse Publishing is partnering with Culinary Book Creations ceo James O. Fraioli to launch a new cookbook imprint, Golden Grove Publishing. Fraioli and Skyhorse senior editor Jesse McHugh will lead the line. “Since its founding, Skyhorse has been committed to publishing a wide range of practical books, which have been and continue to be a huge part of our success,” Skyhorse publisher Tony Lyons said in a release. “We’re excited to tap James’s expertise to produce high-end cookbooks that celebrate successful chefs and restaurants in the American food scene.”
