He was most recently senior editor at the London Review of Books, where he will remain an editor-at-large.

Picks
Somewhere along the line the media moved on from Mark Zuckerberg’s Year of Books (after quickly declaring him another Oprah): Two weeks ago he selected Ed Catmull’s Creativity, Inc. and yesterday, the initiative picked Thomas Kuhn’s The Structure of Scientific Revolutions (the book that gave us paradigm shifts).
Awards
Longlists were released for nine of the many 2015 PEN Literary Awards. Actual finalists will be announced on April 15, and the winners will be named May 13.
Tie-Ins
Amazon has greenlit a second season of Bosch, their TV show based on Michael Connelly’s books. The new season will draw from the novels Trunk Music and The Drop. Connelly says in the release: “I love what we started with and I think our plans for the second season will make the show even better and more exploratory of the character of Harry Bosch.”
