Theresa Collier will join Artisan as senior publicist & associate marketing manager on April 1. Previously she was a publicist at Bloomsbury.

Alexandra Primiani has joined Houghton Mifflin Harcourt as publicist. She was previously in the publicity department at Riverhead.

Winner of the Nobel Prize for Literature Imre Kertesz, 86, died Thursday at his home in Budapest.

The LA Times announced its new roster of critics-at-large, featuring 10 writers who “have beautiful voices, brilliant minds, critical insights and strong opinions.” They are Marlon James, Laila Lalami, John Scalzi, Susan Straight, Alexander Chee, Viet Thanh Nguyen, David Kipen, Rigoberto Gonzalez, Rebecca Carroll, and Adriana Ramirez.

Restructurings
Publishing Technology announced it has changed its name to Ingenta, effective immediately, as part of “a comprehensive rebrand and unification of its business.” The new Ingenta brand will be split into three divisions: Ingenta Commercial (previously advance), Ingenta Content (incorporating Ingenta CMS, previously pub2web), and Ingenta Advertising. Publishers Communication Group (PCG) will remain a subsidiary company.

The MIT Press, Princeton University Press, and Yale University Press announced the formation of a new joint US sales team comprising David LePere (Northeast and Mid-Atlantic), John Eklund (Midwest), and Patricia Nelson (Northwest, Southwest, the Rockies, and California). The new arrangement goes into effect in spring 2017. Princeton University Press’s Steven Ballinger will continue to sell in the western states through the Fall 2016 season before his retirement, while Eklund is set to retire this coming August.

Distribution
Simon & Schuster Australia will distribute VIZ Media in Australia and New Zealand.
