As we suggested before, the persistent decline in shares of LSC’s stock has led to a formal delisting warning from the New York Stock Exchange. They have six months to get their shares above $1, and will consider options including a reverse stock split. Unfortunately, their stock price continues to head towards zero, now trading at about 45 cents a share, for a market capitalization of under $15 million.
