Editorial director and founding shareholder Rosie de Courcy will be leave the company on July 19. She said: “After 51 years in publishing and 12 years at Head of Zeus, it seems a good time to adjust the balance of my working life. Helping authors with their stories and characters has always been my passion and I hope to enjoy many more years of it. Like Judi Dench, I detest the word retirement.”
