The company has created a dedicated sales analytics team “focused on turning data into actionable insights that will help us identify opportunities, maximize author growth, and continue putting the right books in the right hands.”

Jeffrey Chin joins on September 15 as associate director, sales analytics. He was previously at Harper Collins. Senior manager Alexis Kuzma will report to him.

Sally Franklin has joined as director of managing editorial, handling Harper, Ecco, Broadside, Harper Business, and Harper Influence.

Ashley Hong joins as editor, reporting to Paul Whitlatch.

Christina Chung has joined as designer, art/design. Most recently, she was a freelance illustrator.

Aaron Wistar joined as associate editor, acquiring in history, political economy, parenting, and urban issues/housing. He was previously assistant editor at Harvard University Press.
