Archway Editions   

The staff of Archway Editions posted a letter online announcing that the entire staff has stepped down, including founders Chris Molnar and Nic Nicoludis, senior editor Naomi Falk, and publicist Mia Risher.

They write, “We are grateful to our brilliant authors and to you all–near and far–for making the past six years of our operations such a meaningful endeavor and important chapter of our lives.”

“This is not the end for this bunch, and we hope you will continue with us on our publishing journey, in pursuit of more books and knowledge and art.”

Harper Collins   

Kate Johnson has been promoted to senior vice president, DTC and consumer engagement.

Alvar Jover has been promoted to global director of growth and analytics, adding the US Trade business to his purview.

Jim Hanas, vice president, central marketing and strategy, will leave the company. Hanas joined Harper Collins in 2013 as director of audience development.

Penguin Random House   

Aubrey Khan has been promoted to senior designer, Crown Publishing Group.

Nerylsa Dijol has been promoted to designer, Penguin Publishing Group.

Elisabet Stenberg has been promoted to production manager, Penguin Publishing Group.

Kelly Chian has been promoted to vice president, executive director, managing editorial and production editorial, Random House Publishing Group

Mark Birkey has been promoted to senior director, production editorial, Random House Publishing Group.

Loren Noveck has been promoted to director, production editorial, Random House Publishing Group.

Tess Espinoza has been promoted to senior director, production editorial, Penguin Publishing Group.

Brittany Bergman has been promoted to senior production editor, Penguin Publishing Group.

Bonnier Books UK   

Sarah Posner joins in the newly-created role of publishing innovation manager. She was previously at Oxford University Press.
