The company is creating a “global technology organization,” reflecting their “ongoing commitment to investing in the tools, platforms, and capabilities that help us thrive creatively and operationally.” The newly-created global technology steering committee will include Andreas Arnold as CIO UK & Global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Transformation, Carlos Ciria as CIO Spain, Portugal, and Latin America & Global IT Supply Chain Transformation, and Chris Hart as CIO North America & Global Application Transformation.

CEO Nihar Malaviya also appointed team leads for infrastructure, data, and IT security around the country. Mike DeMasi will lead Global Infrastructure & Technical Services, Ed Dulinski will lead Global Data Solutions, and Zafar Nasir will lead Global IT Security.

Random House Publishing Group   

Kara Cesare is promoted to svp, editor-in-chief of the Ballantine Bantam Dell group, reporting to svp, publisher Jennifer Hershey.

Ballantine fiction editorial director Hilary Teeman is promoted to vp and will lead the fiction team, along with executive editor Julian Pavia, who is promoted to vp. Both report to Cesare.

Mary Reynics is promoted to editorial director, nonfiction, leading the Ballantine nonfiction team with editorial director, nonfiction Sara Weiss. Sydney Collins is promoted to editor, reporting to Weiss. Ivanka Perez is promoted to assistant editor.

Shauna Summers is promoted to vp, editor-in-chief of Dell Delacorte, leading the imprint and reporting to Cesare. Reporting to Summers are Alicia Clancy, who is promoted to editorial director, Dell; and Mae Martinez, who is promoted to editor.

Brianne Fong is promoted to associate director, client operations and special projects.

Collin Baker is promoted to senior associate, client operations.

Melanie Chang has been promoted to head of corporate & engagement communications.

Cristina Gilbert has been promoted to vice president of marketing.

Julie Christopher has been promoted to vice president of brand strategy.

Hachette Book Group   

Liana Stillman is promoted to accounts receivable supervisor.

Jennifer Ha is promoted to senior finance director of the Little, Brown division.

Nicole Ostaszewski is promoted to senior financial analyst.

Kristin Bain is promoted to senior account manager, finance.

Liz Hydro has been promoted to senior accountant.

Kellie Dean is promoted to senior cost coordinator.

Little, Brown   

Julia DeVarti, Liv Ryan, and Morgan Wu have been promoted to associate editor.

Aayushi Agarwal and Darcy Glastonbury have been promoted to associate publicist.

Princeton University Press   

Shaun Manning has joined as midwest sales representative. Manning was previously at University of Michigan Press.

Malaya Jimenez becomes international rights associate.

Steerforth   

Steerforth Press will become a formal imprint of Pushkin Press US. Based in the UK, Pushkin acquired Steerforth in 2025. According to a release, “this move fully integrates Steerforth’s powerhouse narrative nonfiction within Pushkin’s award-winning list for a rapidly scaling North American audience.”

Senior editor Chip Fleischer will acquire approximately 10 nonfiction titles per year for Steerforth.

Candlewick Press, Holiday House, and Peachtree.   

Eda French has been promoted to art department coordinator, Candlewick Press.

Larsson McSwain has been promoted to assistant art director, Candlewick Press.

Nancy Bruckman has been promoted to assistant director of subrights, Candlewick Press.

Amy Macaluso has been promoted to senior financial reporting manager.

Johanna Schutter has been promoted to senior national accounts manager.

Saskia den Boon has been promoted to senior marketing coordinator, school & library.
