Corporate: Trustbridge Buys Peachtree; Pearson Sells Property

Trustbridge Global Media, an affiliate of Shanghai-based private equity and venture capital firm Trustbridge Partners, bought children’s publisher Peachtree Publishers in a deal that closed November 7.
