Flatiron Books publisher Amy Einhorn has been made president and publisher of Holt, effective immediately, reporting to Don Weisberg. Ben Schrank, who was hired a year ago to train as Steve Rubin’s successor, will leave the company. Edmund White will receive the National Book Foundation’s 2019 Medal for Distinguished Contribution to American Letters.
