Well-known sales rep and founder of Heinecken and Associates in 1978 Ted Heinecken will retire on February 28 from Fujii Associates (which acquired his firm in 2008). Heinecken began his bookselling career over 50 years ago, selling Oxford University Press titles in the Midwest in 1963.
