Distribution News Treasure Trove, the company created to publish the bestselling A Treasure’s Trove books, has made a distribution agreement with Simon & Schuster for their future titles, which include a sequel treasure hunt book, SECRETS OF THE ALCHEMIST DAR, presenting clues to finding 100 hidden rings worth over $2.5 million overall. S&S will distribute the books as part of their Simon Scribbles line. Treasure Trove founder Michael Stadther was represented by agent Bob DiForio in negotiations for the agreement. Personnel News Justin Loeber has been appointed svp, executive director of marketing and publicity for Regan Media, starting in early January. (Paul Crichton left the imprint recently.) Loeber has been director of publicity for Atria and Washington Square Press since last year, but previously worked at HarperCollins as publicity director for Harper and Ecco.
