At Knopf:

Kathy Zuckerman is promoted to VP, executive publicist.

Jess Purcell is promoted to senior director of publicity.

Sarah New is promoted to associate director of publicity.

Amy Hagedorn is promoted to publicist.

At Pantheon, Michiko Clark is promoted to VP, senior director of publicity.

At Doubleday, Elena Hershey is promoted to director of publicity.

Simon & Schuster   

Josefine Kals will join Summit Books as vp, associate publisher, director of publicity, beginning February 1. She was previously vp, senior director of publicity at Knopf.

Mike Nardullo will join as vice president, director of subsidiary rights for the Simon & Schuster division. He was formerly at Levine Greenberg Rostan Literary Agency.

Abrams   

Frank Albanese has joined in the newly created role of SVP, inventory, demand planning & market insights. He previously led supply chain strategy and oversaw the inventory planning team at Harper Collins.

Maggie Lehrman has been promoted to associate publisher, Abrams Children’s.

Howland Literary   

Gabriela Laracuente Sánchez has joined as assistant agent.

Levine Greenberg Rostan Literary Agency   

Tim Wojcik has been promoted to rights director.

Banijay   

Former Faber and Faber editor Hannah Griffiths has joined as head of adaptations, working to source and license IP from books as well as other media. Previously she was head of literary acquisitions at All3Media.
