Clarissa Hadge has joined the independent sales team as field account manager, New England. She was previously at Hachette Book Group.

Wes Jakacki will become vp of marketing for Harper Christian Resources on February 9, reporting to vp, publisher John Raymond. He is currently senior marketing director for Nelson Books.

CEO of ILP Literary Scott Hoffman has left his position, working in a consulting role for the company, and “will announce a new venture shortly.”

James Meader has joined as president, publishing. He was previously associate publisher at Vintage.

Jennifer Bassuk has joined as president, partnerships. She was previously at Amazon, Audible and News Corp.

Meader and Bassuk will be based in New York and lead the company’s literary division with Mary Durkan.
