The company has reorganized the East Coast book division.

Josh Bank moves from president, East Coast to senior creative advisor, “a more creative role where he will focus on developing IP, among other responsibilities.”

Lanie Davis and Joelle Hobeika both become senior vice president and co-editorial director.

Following Thursday’s Nobel win by László Krasznahorkai, New Directions will reprint most of the authors’ 11-book backlist. The company tells PL there are currently 11,000 copies of Krasznahorkai’s latest novel Herscht 07769 in print and about 3,000 in stock.

Larry Hughes and Elizabeth Herman are promoted to director of Publicity.

Cat Boyd is promoted to associate director of publicity.

Hannah Bishop is promoted to senior publicity manager.

Cassandra Perez is promoted to associate publicist.

Ashley Burns has joined as associate production editor.

Amber Turkin has joined as assistant marketing manager, Poisoned Pen Press.

Katie Meek has joined as production specialist II.

Jen Cogliantry has joined as art director.

Carina Taylor joins Inklore as art director. She was most recently at Scholastic Graphix.

Shivana Sookdeo joins Inklore as designer. Sookdeo was previously at Scholastic Graphix and was a freelancer.

Linda Epstein is stepping away  agenting after 15 years in the industry and 10 at Emerald City. She will continue to write novels.
