The health, wellness and lifestyle imprint founded by Karen Rinaldi in 2012 will have its titles transferred to the Harper list as of April 2024. As of January, Rinaldi will take the position of svp, executive editor at Harper (continuing to serve as Harper Wave publisher until March 31). Jonathan Burnham notes in the announcement, “She has excelled as a publisher at Wave, but she has a wide range of passions, and she will now be able to acquire broadly in the non-fiction area and acquire a select number of commercial fiction titles as well.”

Managing director and publisher of Harper Fiction Kimberley Young will become managing director of Transworld in 2024, taking over after longtime leader Larry Finlay retires.

Connor Leonard has been promoted to editor for the entertainment list, in the adult division.

Jessica Spitz has joined as a literary agent. She was previously at William Morris Endeavor.
