Sydney Shiffman has been promoted to agent in the books department.

Gary Goldstein has joined as executive editor. Goldstein was previously executive editor at Kensington, where he worked for 22 years.

Lindsay Guzzardo has launched Keystone Literary Agency, representing adult fiction and nonfiction. She was previously at Martin Literary Management.
