New York Times Magazine   

Anne Boyer has resigned from her position as the poetry editor of the New York Times Magazine. She writes on her Substack, “I can’t write about poetry amidst the ‘reasonable’ tones of those who aim to aclimatize us to this unreasonable suffering…. If this resignation leaves a hole in the news the size of poetry, then that is the true shape of the present.”

Harper Collins   

Kara Coughlin has been promoted to associate director on the sales operations team and will report to Ann Dye.

Kelly Roberts has been promoted to vp, divisional sales director.

Harper Via   

Alexa Frank has been promoted to associate editor.

 

Hay House   

Melody Guy has been promoted to editorial director.

Sourcebooks   

Taylor Geldermann has been promoted to assistant editor.

Curtis Brown   

Karin Schulze has joined as director of foreign rights. She was previously director of subsidiary rights at Abrams Books.

American Booksellers Association   

Design and production manager Linda Ford will retire at the end of the year, after 27 years at ABA.

Kate Brennan has been promoted to production manager.

Sara Lacey Graham has been promoted to member relations manager and data coordinator.
