Saige Francis has been promoted to managing editor, Bantam Dell.

Nick Cummings joins as senior full stack developer. He previously led DevOps initiatives at MassMutual Financial Group.

Erika Tucker has joined as associate director, international sales.

Emily Engwall has joined as marketing and publicity manager, Poisoned Pen Press.

Nicole Turner has joined as production Specialist II.

Jade Draper has joined as customer experience representative.

Publisher Jamie Byng writes in a column for the Bookseller that the company will not take a booth at London Book Fair in 2026. Instead they will take over the Taste of Joy Cafe on Russell Gardens for their meetings and host lunches each day at Cibo, the Italian restaurant next door.

He writes, “Money was one of the factors in this decision. We are always interrogating how we spend our money and how we can get the most bang for our bucks – and the cost of taking space and building a stand at Olympia is sizeable (even if the stand isn’t!).”

The company will also have its annual party, co-hosted with SunnyMarch, on Wednesday night.
