Yannick Bolloré has joined the board of directors of Lagardère as a director, replacing René Ricol. Ricol stepped down following the completion of Vivendi’s takeover of Lagardère. Bolloré remains chairman of the supervisory board of Vivendi as well as chairman and chief executive officer of the Havas group.
