Shana Corey has been promoted to vp, associate publisher, Random House Brands.

Heidi Kilgras has been promoted to vp, associate publisher, Random House Brands.

Sara Sargent has been promoted to editorial director, Rodale Kids.

Gillian Levinson has been promoted to vice president, publishing director.

Harlequin   

VP, editorial director Dianne Moggy will retire on December 31. Moggy started at Harlequin in 1984 as an editorial assistant and has worked at the company for nearly 42 years.

Bryony Green is promoted to publishing director, overseeing the series romance editorial program.

Hachette Book Group   

Sophie Kossakowski will join as senior manager, international sales & marketing. She was previously at Sourcebooks.

Penguin Press   

Haley Bracken has joined as associate editor. She was previously at Liveright.

Zando   

Katrina Tiktinsky joins as senior publicist. Tiktinsky was previously at Algonquin.

Europa Content   

Amanda Bernardi has joined as literary agent. She was previously at Highline Literary Collective.
