Chris Howard-Woods has been promoted to associate editor at Doubleday.

Amanda Orenstein has been promoted to assistant director, strategic insights.

Simon & Schuster

Michael Mahoney has been promoted to senior vice president, chief technology officer.

Sandeep Patel has been promoted to director, application development.

Caroline Bonin has been named business analyst, sales and demand planning.

Elisabeth Kingren-Hawkins has been named business analyst, editorial, marketing, and publicity.

St. Martin's Press

Lisa Senz, who’s been with Macmillan for more than thirty years, is retiring from her current role as vp, associate publisher, St. Martin’s Publishing Group, effective March 14.With Senz’s departure, the imprint announced the following changes:

Anne Marie Tallberg will become svp, publishing director, SMPG fiction. She will oversee all SMP fiction, excluding Minotaur, Wednesday Books, and Saturday Books.

Laura Clark will become vp, publishing director, SMPG nonfiction. She will oversee all nonfiction, including St. Martin’s Essentials.

Pam Consolazio has been promoted to associate art director.

Diversion Publishing

Mark Fretz has been promoted to associate publisher of Radius Book Group.

Transatlantic Agency

Rachel Letofsky has been named senior agent. She was previously at CookeMcDermid.
