The Collective Book Studio has transitioned its corporate structure from an LLC to an S-Corporation and made the following changes to its leadership structure:

Company founder, Angela Engel, will now serve as chief executive officer while continuing to serve as publisher.

Associate publisher, Elisabeth Saake will also serve as chief operating officer.

Antonia Desola Coker has been promoted to editor at Solstice.

Katherine Armstrong has been promoted to publishing director in the fiction team.
