Angela Guzman has joined as a senior editor. She was most recently at HarperCollins Christian Publishing.

Senior editor Kait Feldmann has left the company.

Chloe Aryeh has been promoted to assistant marketing director.

Claudia Sanchez has been promoted to associate, design and production.

Isabelle Gioffredi has been promoted to senior designer.

Lizzie Allen was promoted to associate art director.

Chloe Rawlins has been promoted to executive art director.

Independent Publishers Group   

IPG has reorganized its management team, with Tim McCall as its new vp of sales, leading the US sales team and managing the company’s Barnes & Noble account.

Scott Hatfill will expand his role as vp of international trade sales, leading an initiative to establish domestic UK trade accounts.

VP of Business Management Mark Noble, who served as the company’s vp of Operations for over a decade, will oversee the department again as part of an expanded interim role.

Clark Matthews has been appointed to oversee IPG’s Chicago warehouse and the digital print team while continuing to serve as the vp, gm, book manufacturing and distribution center services.

Brooke O’Donnell has been promoted to senior vp of international business development.

Sidney Thompson has been promoted to business development manager.
