Priddy Books and Neon Squid   

Roger Priddy, publisher of Priddy Books, will retire on June 30, after which he will continue to work with the imprint as an author and consultant. Priddy founded the imprint in 2000.

Macmillan ceo Jon Yaged said in a release, “For the past four decades Roger has been at the forefront of children’s publishing. Since founding Priddy Books, his unique brilliance, creativity, and genuine passion for early childhood learning has fundamentally changed how books are published for young children around the world.”

At Priddy Books and Neon Squid, Sally Poulson will lead both imprints as managing director and Sam Priddy will serve as publisher. Joanne Clark will become creative director. Fiona Macdonald will take on the role of publishing director.

The Curious Minds Agency   

Eli Keren has joined as literary agent, working mostly with experts, academics, and researchers in the fields of smart science and current affairs, based in the UK. Keren was previously an associate agent at United Agents.

Oneworld   

Former associate publisher for Pan Fiction Wayne Brookes will join on March 4 in the new role of publishing director of commercial fiction. He will be responsible for their crime and thriller imprint Point Blank, and will also acquire for Magpie, their upmarket women’s fiction line.
