The company has launched a new Acquisition Optimization and Integration team to support newly acquired businesses.

Rachel Goldstein has been promoted to president, Penguin Random House Publisher Services  and acquisition optimization, reporting to coo Jeff Abraham.

Matt Godzieba will lead the acquisition team as vp of acquisition optimization and integration, reporting to Goldstein.

Natalie King is promoted to associate director, acquisition optimization and integration, reporting to Godzieba.

Jasmine Ferrufino has been promoted to senior associate, school & library marketing.

Gabby Leporati has joined as a senior publicist. She was previously at Little, Brown and Company.
