Na Kim has been promoted to creative director.
Alex Merto has been promoted to senior art director, Picador.
Jonathan Woolen has been promoted to associate marketing manager.
Isabella Miranda has been promoted to marketing associate.
Flora Esterly has been promoted to senior manager, subsidiary rights.
Bri Panzica has been promoted to senior production editor.
Dutton   

David Howe is joining Dutton as associate editor. Previously he was at Harper.

Abrams   

Evelyn Lema has joined as senior financial analyst

Kristi Iwashiro has joined as editor, Abrams ComicArts.

Kensington   

Megan Zimlich has been promoted to senior manager of digital content.

WH Smith   

CFO and COO Robert Moorhead will retire. He will be succeeded by Max Izzard on September 1. Izzard is currently SVP Group and Corporate Finance at Burberry PLC. Moorhead will step down from the board on November 30, and Izzard will join on December 1.

CEO Carl Cowling said in a release, “Robert has been a fantastic support to me and the broader Executive teams. In particular, I want to thank him for his work during the exceptional challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic and the way he skillfully navigated the financial complexities of those times. It is testament to his efforts and talents that he will leave the Company in such a strong financial and strategic position. I thank him for that and wish him all the best for his retirement.

“I look forward to working with Max who has a strong background and a wealth of expertise in a variety of international businesses, and I know he will contribute to the continued success of the Company.”
