The company has restructured the sales department into two groups, divisional sales, “the key link between Sales and Publishing, shaping go-to-market strategy and delivering results aligned with corporate goals,” and channel sales with “dedicated channel leaders who will oversee both Adult and Children’s, with a mandate to drive growth and deepen customer support.”

Kelly Roberts has been promoted to svp, deputy director of sales, leading the divisional sales team. Director, sales analysis Megan Pagano will report to Roberts.

VP, children’s sales Monica Shah‘s role will expand to oversee the national accounts channel for adult and children’s. Jen Wygand has been promoted to senior director, national accounts and brand management, continuing to report to Shah. VP, national accounts Andy LeCount will also report to Shah.

VP, mass merch Stefanie Lindner will oversee all mass merch for adult and children’s titles. Senior director, sales Susan Yeager will report to Lindner.

Marianna Ricciuto has been promoted the new role of director, online sales, overseeing audio and digital. Sales manager Matt Klise and sales support assistant Melissa Karibian will report to Ricciuto. Jess Abel has been promoted to director, online sales, overseeing children’s print and ebooks at Amazon. Senior director, online sales Ashley Mihlebach will continue to oversee Adult print and ebook sales at Amazon.

Other channel heads’ positions remain unchanged: vp, independent sales & wholesale Kathy Faber; svp, rights & permissions Jean McGinley; vp, special markets James Phirman; and senior director, international sales Alison Smith. Sales operations and sales finance teams will continue to support the whole sales group.

Sourcebooks   

Christy Droege has been promoted to vice president of Strategic Planning/Analysis and Supply Chain. In her expanded role, Droege will lead strategic planning and analysis while strengthening the systems and supply chain. She has been with the company for over 20 years.

Penguin Random House Audio   

Kate Smith has been promoted to senior publicist, listening library.

Marissa Secreto has been promoted to marketing manager.

The Caldwell Agency   

Sarah Gerton has joined as literary agent & audio rights manager, focusing on romantasy, speculative fiction, and hybrid authors. Previously, she was at New Leaf Literay.
