Jason Arvelo joins as vice president of data & analytics. He was at Macmillan, where most recently he had the same title of vp of data science & analytics.

Caro Llewellyn joins as executive director on March 16, and Dr. Norrell Edwards has taken the role of chair of the board of directors. The press notes that the two “will guide the independent nonprofit publisher into its next phase—expanding the reach of feminist literature, deepening its commitment to diverse voices, and strengthening its role as a platform for writers whose work challenges injustice and reimagines the possibilities of publishing.”

Llewellyn previously served as director of the PEN World Voices Festival of International Literature.

Matthew Burdette has been promoted to senior editor for the Image and Forum imprints.
