Kathleen Quinlan joins as director of marketing, reporting to senior director Kayleigh George. She was associate director of marketing at the Random House Publishing Group.

Basic Books   

Katherine Beitner will join as associate director of publicity on April 28. She was previously at Harper Collins and most recently a freelance publicist.

Will Hearn will join as marketing associate on the same day. He was previously at Cornell University Press.

Sourcebooks   

Rachel Gilmer has been promoted to editor, Poisoned Pen Press and Casablanca.

Stephanie Gafron has been promoted to art director, Casablanca and Bloom.

Holli Roach has been promoted to production specialist II, ebooks.

Cecilia Petee has been promoted to sales coordinator II.

Liz Logback has been promoted to assistant manager, subsidiary rights.

Alexis Ebers has joined as senior marketing manager for Sarah J. Maas and Archer. Alexis was formerly project and YouTube manager at Tandem Collective.

Claire McLaughlin has been promoted to associate director of publicity.

Kelly Gatesman
has been promoted to senior designer, art.

Helene Childress
has been hired as senior designer, marketing.
Workman   

Alana Bonfiglio has been promoted to publicity and marketing manager for Workman, Artisan, and Black Dog & Leventhal.
