Kathryn Lye has been promoted to senior editor, Harlequin Heartwarming.

Charlotte Ellis has been promoted to senior editor, Harlequin Romance and Medical Romance. Former senior editor of those series, Sheila Hodgson, will be focusing on author management.

Errin Toma has been promoted to associate editor at Harlequin.

Katixa Espinoza has been promoted to assistant editor for Harlequin Special Edition.

Berkley

Carly James and Annie Odders have been promoted to assistant editor.

Azantian Literary Agency

Shelly Romero joins as associate agent. She was previously the senior editor at ChooseCo.

Publishers Weekly

Further to yesterday’s reporting that Publishers Weekly is now charging $25 for every book submitted for review (unless publishers purchase a $950 license), a spokesperson for Publishers Weekly tells PL, “Knowing this would be a big change, we structured the fee so that it would be as low as possible while still accomplishing the goal of subsidizing our reviews coverage without harming the breadth or depth of that coverage.”
