Conor Mintzer has been promoted to assistant director, publishing operations.

Liv Stratman will join as independent retail marketing manager on May 20. She was previously head bookseller at Book Club Bar.

Brandi Stewart has been promoted to telemarketing account manager for the Western region on the independent sales team.

Simon Acumen   

Karina Leon joins as associate editor. Previously she was at Little, Brown Spark.

Dutton   

Charlote Peters and Ella Kurki have been promoted to assistant editor.

Nosy Crow   

Jennifer B. Greene has joined the US-based team as editor. She was previously at Clarion Books for 25 years.

Columbia Global Reports   

Camille McDuffie, who has been publisher of Columbia Global Reports since it was founded in 2014, will retire in June.

She is succeeded by Jaime Leifer, who was previously at PublicAffairs.

Penguin Random House Audio   

Katie Lakina has joined as assistant acquisitions editor.

Shannon Blackbriar has joined as art rights associate.

SteelWorks Literary   

Lori Steel has founded SteelWorks Literary where she will continue to build her list of authors and illustrators, from picture books and graphic novels to YA and select adult crossover titles. She was previously at Red Fox Literary.

DHH Literary Agency   

Diana Beaumont will join on June 3, moving over from Marjacq Scripts.
