Catherine Hogewood joins as senior vice president and general counsel, reporting to ceo Terrance G. Finley. Hogewood was previously a business insurance consultant at Marsh McLennan Agency.
Peter Perez has joined as academic associate director of publicity. Perez was previously director of public relations and communications at the University of North Carolina Press.
