Jennifer Ridgway returns to the group as director, sales marketing, moving over internally.

Harper Collins   

Kelly Roberts has been promoted to the newly-created role of vice president, deputy director of sales for general books and Harlequin. She will manage the strategy for national accounts and independent sales channels in addition to her existing divisional responsibilities.

Kristine Macrides becomes senior director of divisional sales and sales planning, overseeing seasonal goaling for all titles, ensuring compliance with projections, managing sales feedback to the inventory team, and developing best practices around processes.

Jen Wygand has been promoted to director of national accounts and brand management for the children’s division.

VP of national accounts Andy LeCount will expand his oversight to include the wholesale channel for general books and Harlequin.

VP of independent sales and wholesale Kathy Faber will begin to manage independent field and telesales reps. Wendy Ceballos steps into the expanded role of
director of retail marketing and independent sales.

Kirsiah Depp has been promoted to editor.

Elizabeth May was promoted to senior editor.

Zoie Konneker has been promoted to assistant editor.

Shira Schindel joins as acquisitions director.

Charlotte Strick joins as creative director.

CJ Alberts joins as marketing manager.

Macmillan   

Kaustubh Kamat joined as svp, technology.
