Carrie Neill has been promoted to director of publicity, strategic partnerships, working on titles across Random House, Dial Press, and Hogarth and the RHPG division

Marni Folkman has been promoted to publicist, in-market.

Stuart Carter will join as national account manager, Barnes & Noble on July 1.  He was previously at Diamond Book Distributors.

Elyse Gregov has joined as senior marketing and publicity manager. She was previously at Topix Media Labs.

Melissa Close has joined as marketing and publicity manager. She was previously at Emerald Publishing.

Tianna Kelly joins as an associate agent, where she will build a list focused on romance, romantasy, and speculative fiction. Kelly was most recently in marketing at Simon & Schuster.
