Devyn Nance has been promoted to senior manager of digital marketing.

Giuliana Caranante joins as director of marketing and e-commerce. She was most recently director of marketing and publicity at Quarto.

Aashna Avachat has joined as an associate agent.

Agate Publishing will pair with Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, Media, Integrated Marketing Communications to publish reported nonfiction books written by journalists (running roughly 10,000-30,000 words), starting in late 2026.
