Knopf   

Jenny Jackson has been promoted to vp, editorial director of fiction.

Deborah Garrison will now work exclusively for Knopf, continuing in her dual roles as executive editor and poetry editor.

Gabrielle Brooks has been promoted to associate publisher.

Crown Currency   

As part of the expansion of their publishing program, Paul Whitlatch is promoted to editorial director.

Abrams   

Abrams announced a “strategic restructuring” of marketing, “creating dedicated units focused on driving book sales and author success”:

Borana Greku has been promoted to associate director, integrated marketing, leading a new team that will set the overall strategy for marketing campaigns across the adult and children’s lists.

Trish McNamara O’Neill, associate director, will now oversee digital strategy & consumer engagement. This new team is focused on setting digital, social media, and brand/licensor strategies.

Now reporting to McNamara-O’Neill is Danielle Kolodkin as marketing manager, brand partnerships & consumer engagement; Megan Evans as marketing manager, events & consumer engagement; and Victoria Reynolds as marketing associate, eCommerce & consumer engagement. An additional staff member will join the team.

Xander Hollenbeck is promoted to associate creative director, marketing design. Now reporting to Hollenbeck is Zoe Michaels, senior designer, marketing and Lora Grisafi, associate art director, Diary of a Wimpy Kid.

Christian Westermann is transitioning from marketing to join the Abrams sales team as senior manager, indie & Ingram sales and retail marketing.

Open Road   

Michael Tolchinsky has joined  as marketing analytics coordinator.
