Matthew Gildea will step down as coo, succeeded by Melody Beacher. Beacher was previously at DataSpring Inc.

Milena Alberti and Anne Clarke Wolff have been appointed to the board as independent directors. Directors John L. Davies and David J. Young have stepped down.

International licensing manager Veronica Grijalva will also take on the role of literary agent, representing a select list of foreign language works for both domestic and translation rights.
