Macmillan   

Yassy Okamoto has been promoted to evp, general counsel, effective January 1, 2025. She “has been an integral part of the Macmillan legal team for 20 years.”

Paul Sleven, svp, general counsel will retire in January. He has worked for Macmillan since 1995. CEO Jonathan Yaged said in the announcement: “Paul has been the cornerstone of Macmillan’s legal department. His dedication and expertise have guided us through many transformative moments and his impact on the company is immeasurable. We owe him an enormous debt of gratitude for his service and wish him all the best in his retirement.”

Wade Ivan has been promoted to senior sales manager, responsible for Renaud-bray and TJX, as well as leadership of specialty retail.

Christina Vecchiato has been promoted to sales manager, Indigo & Costco.

Patrick Georges has been promoted to children’s sales manager, Indigo & Costco.
