Intercontinental Literary Agency   

Intercontinental Literary Agency has acquired The Marsh Agency, with managing director Camilla Ferrier as well as the rest of its staff joining ILA.

Marsh Agency owner Susie Nicklin tells The Bookseller, “It has been an extraordinary privilege and pleasure to work with some of the world’s finest authors at The Marsh Agency. Licensing authors’ IP is skilled and long-term work, and I have been aware since the sudden and untimely death of my late husband Paul Marsh that a succession strategy is key to its success.”

Kelly Moran has been promoted to senior publicity manager.

Sourcebooks   

Gabbi Calabrese has been promoted to associate editor, Sourcebooks Fire and Young Readers.

Kirsten Clawson has been promoted to senior manager, managing editorial, adult.

Cara Nesi has been promoted to associate sales director – inside sales.

BrocheAroe Fabian has been promoted associate marketing director – indies.

Simon & Schuster   

Rylee Mahnesmith and Sebastian Ospina have joined the special markets team as sales coordinator.

Laura Dail Literary Agency   

Katie Gisondi has been promoted to director of subsidiary rights.

Lexington Literary Agency   

Caroline Dawnay will join as literary agent. She was previously at United Agents. She brings her roster with her.
