Sarah Butler has been promoted to royalties manager.

Maggie Nambot has been promoted to accounts payable specialist.

Jon Malysiak, formerly head of global publishing at StoryTerrace, has launched JFM Literary & Editorial, a boutique agency based in London and Northamptonshire. He will build a transatlantic list of narrative non-fiction, memoir, current affairs, wellbeing, entrepreneurship and culture, and is open to submissions.
