Penguin Random House   

SVP of People & Culture at Penguin Random House Germany Marco Jochum has been appointed to newly created position of evp, Director of Global Human Resources, effective immediately, reporting to ceo Nihar Malaviya and joining PRH’s Global Executive Committee. He retains his role at PRH Germany and will remain based on Munich.

Malaviya writes that Jochum “will convene HR leadership across the company on a regular basis to share insights, learnings, and best practices.” Newly reporting to Jochum is the Global Talent Management & Development team. (Local HR heads will continue to report to their own CEOs.)

Random House Publishing Group   

Emily Isayeff has been promoted to director of publicity, Ballantine.

Caro Perny has joined as director of publicity, Bantam Dell. She was formerly at Tor. Both report to svp director of publicity and strategic communications, RHPG Susan Corcoran.

Madison Goyette has been promoted to senior designer, BOOM! Studios

RCW Legacy   

Becky Brown has joined RCW to launch a division called RCW Legacy. In the newly created role, she will handle RCW’s estates and consult across backlists and brands. She was previously at Curtis Brown, where she co-founded the the estates division Curtis Brown Heritage.

Tor Publishing Group   

Lauren Moye has joined as an associate marketing manager, reporting to Tyrinne Lewis. She was previously at Harper Collins.

Howard Morhaim Literary Agency   

Nina Richner has been promoted to literary agent.

The Rights Factory   

Alexandra D’amico has joined as literary agent and co-associate film and TV agent, representing adult fiction and nonfiction. She was previously associate agent at Transatlantic.

Natasha Mihell has been promoted to literary agent and co-associate film and TV agent, relaunching the agency’s film/TV efforts with Alexandra.

Trisha Telep has been promoted to literary agent.

Nikki Carrero has been promoted to assistant agent, representing adult and YA fiction.

Au Literary Management   

Claire Draper has founded a new agency, Au Literary Management, bringing their client list with them.

International Creative Agency   

Mulcahy Sweeney Associates has relaunched as International Creative Agency.

Sharmaine Lovegrove, who is based in Berlin, joins as partner and agent. She was most recently cultural strategist at Hachette UK.
