George Tattersfield joins as vice president of sales operations on September 30, reporting to Lauren Monaco. He was most recently client director at Norton, after 18 years at Ingram.

Random House Children's   

Katy Miller has been promoted to senior managing editor.

Madison Furr has been promoted to publicity manager.

Lena Reilly has been promoted to senior publicist.

Cynthia Lliguichuzhca has been promoted to publicist.

Felicity Bryan Associates   

United Agents founding member James Gill joins on October 16.

Scholastic   

Jeffrey Mathews has been promoted to the new position of chief growth officer and executive vice president. He will “refine and implement Scholastic’s long-term growth strategy in partnership with leaders across the business” and continue to “lead the company’s corporate development and investor relations functions, as well as Scholastic’s cross-company corporate sustainability and impact program.”

Two Lines Press   

CJ Evans has been promoted to publisher in addition to serving as editor in chief.

Chad Felix will move into the newly formed position of creative director and Kelsey McFaul to assistant editor.

Michael Holtmann has been named president of Two Lines Press’s parent organization, The Center for the Art of Translation.

Jorge Ruiz-Isaac has joined as senior sales manager, Western Canada.

Brayden Ross has joined as marketing associate for McClelland & Stewart.

Eva Oakes is promoted to associate agent.
