Ruta Rimas has been promoted to senior executive editor and publishing director.

Todd Berman has been promoted to senior vice president for USA/Canada, starting September 9. He will continue to work in his current role as head of retail sales for the Americas, UK and Europe while taking on these new responsibilities.

Sam Birmingham and Elizabeth DeNoma have joined as agents, working from New York and Seattle respectively. In Europe, William Crona has joined the Stockholm office, where Par Sjolinder has been promoted to agent.

Hailey Stephens has joined as associate agent.

Sam Mitchell has been promoted to director of publicity.
