Grace Towery has been promoted to editor.

Elizabeth Pham Janowski has been promoted to assistant editor.

Lauren Klouda has joined as director of retail marketing & creative services.

Chelsey Moler Ford has been promoted to managing editor, children’s.

Thomas Gengozian has joined as national account manager to Readerlink. He previously worked for Industry Print as key account sales manager.

Marion Jenkins has joined as senior national account manager to Amazon. She previously worked for Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing division as strategic partner manager.

Simon & Schuster UK has reorganized its group sales division, eliminating the group sales director role, and making a number of promotions.

Group sales director Mathew Watterson will leave the publisher.

Olivia Allen will be promoted to UK sales director. 

Nicholas Hayne becomes director of international sales and client publisher services.

Holly Harris and Ruth Howells have joined the Leadership Board. Phoebe Morgan will join later this year.
