Colleen Kurzbach is joining the sales team as director of title management. Previously, she was senior director of title management at Penguin Random House, responsible for the Knopf and Penguin Publishing Groups.

Tracy Bozentka is joining the sale team as sales manager, children’s sales. She was most recently district sales manager, field sales & special markets at Scholastic.

VP, director, sales operations Eileen Gentillo will retire from the company after 40 years.

Beginning October 1, members of the current Sales Operations team will be integrated into other operations groups around the company.

Manager, client publisher services Jisoo Leones and associate, sales operations Andrés Feliciano will join the Sales department.

Senior managers of sales operations Caroline Bonin and Lis Kingren-Hawkins will join Information Services & Technology.

Associate, sales operations Nikita Patil will join Client Services.

Director, event management Elizabeth Worthy and sales operations associates Billie Anna Runions and Jessica Tosi will join Corporate Marketing.

Manager, sales operations Sean Duffy will join Business Operations.

Separately, Julie Neimat has joined as chief human resources officer. Neimat was previously executive vice president, people and culture at Warner Bros. Discovery.

Amanda Maciel has joined the Harper middle grade/teen group as VP, editorial director, reporting to VP, publisher Erica Sussman. She was most recently at Scholastic.

Catherine Araimo has joined as marketing associate in the Academic Marketing department. She was previously at Kaufman Studios and Dover Publications.

Rachel McCumber joins as as subrights & royalties coordinator. She was previously an intern with IPG.

Amanda Orozco is promoted to senior literary agent.
