Louise Burke and Kate Hartson have launched a new publishing company, All Seasons Press, “to publish the best writers, politicians and pundits in the conservative movement.” The first list, debuting this fall, will feature RUSH ON THE RADIO, by Rush Limbaugh show producer James Golden; THE CHIEF’S CHIEF by Mark Meadows, former chief of staff for Donald Trump; and IN TRUMP TIME: MY JOURNAL OF AMERICA’S PLAGUE YEAR by Peter Navarro.
Founder and publisher Burke was previously president and publisher of the Gallery Publishing Group at Simon & Schuster, where she co-founded the Threshold Editions imprint and tried to publish Milo Yiannopoulos. Founder and editor in chief Hartson was editorial director at Center Street, and “told associates that she believed she’d been fired for her politics” earlier this year. Founder and CFO Tom Mullen is the author of two self-published books and develops mobile apps for independent businesses in western New York. His most recent blog post (to which the All Seasons URL currently redirects) explained that FDR was a fascist and “If you’re really against fascism, repeal the New Deal root and branch.”
Burke declined to tell the WSJ about the new company’s backers, and Mullen tells the paper, “We won’t be using one of the big companies as a distributor.”
